Right of Withdrawal (Returns) To exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your intent to cancel the purchase via beam@alienramp.com.

• Required details: Please include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

• Next Steps: Upon receipt of your notice, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address. Do not ship items back before receiving these instructions.

Warranty Claims For claims regarding defective products under our 24-month guarantee:

• Requirements: Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and high-resolution photos or a video showing the issue (including any motorized components if applicable).
