3. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

3.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

To exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you must formally notify us of your intent to cancel your order prior to sending items back:

1. Notification: Email us at beam@alienramp.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Required Details: State your order number, full name, and the specific product(s) you wish to return.
3. Return Authorization: Upon receipt of your request, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the appropriate warehouse return address and instructions.

Important: Do not dispatch return items prior to receiving your official RMA instructions and warehouse return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed. Custom or personalized ramps are excluded from withdrawal rights.

4.1 24-Month Guarantee Claims

For claims concerning defective products or quality issues under our 24-month limited guarantee:

2. Documentation Required: Include your order number, a thorough description of the issue, and high-resolution photos or video footage clearly demonstrating the defect (including close-ups of mechanical or motorized components, if applicable).
3. Safety Notice: If a suspected defect involves structural integrity, load-bearing components, or mounting hardware, cease using the ramp immediately for safety reasons.
