Product Use and Safety Disclaimer:
- Suitability: The Customer is solely responsible for determining whether the ramp is suitable for their specific vehicle, load, and environment.
- Safety Guidelines: Customers must strictly adhere to the user manual and safety documentation provided. The use of impact tools or impact drills on motorized/mechanical components is strictly prohibited and voids all warranties.
- Load Limit: All products have a strict maximum load capacity of 300 kg / 660 lbs. Exceeding this weight limit constitutes severe misuse.

4. Shipping and Transfer of Risk (Notice)
- Business Customers (B2B): Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the Business Customer at the moment the goods are collected by the freight carrier from our warehouse.
- Consumers (B2C): For individual retail consumers, transfer of risk occurs upon physical delivery of the goods to the consumer or designated recipient.
- Inspection Obligation: In all cases, the recipient is responsible for inspecting the packaging and goods immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage must be documented on the carrier's Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.
5. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
- United States (DDP): All orders delivered to the USA are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and clearance fees are collected at checkout and handled by Alien Ramp.
- European Union (EU): Orders include statutory VAT. No import duties apply within the EU single market.
- Non-EU European & International Orders (DAP or DDP):
- Orders shipped outside the EU/US are sent DAP (Delivered At Place) by default. Alien Ramp pays freight carriage, but the Customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for local import duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges.
- Where DDP is explicitly selected at checkout for applicable non-EU regions, duties and tax handling fees are paid upfront at checkout.
