The use of AlienRamp.com and the purchase of our products are governed by our full Terms and Conditions. By accessing this site, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

Product Use and Safety Disclaimer:

• Suitability: The Customer is solely responsible for determining if the ramp is suitable for their specific vehicle, load, and environment.

• Safety Guidelines: Customers must strictly adhere to the provided manual. The use of impact tools/drills is strictly prohibited.

• Load Limit: All products have a defined maximum load capacity of 300 kg / 660 lbs. Exceeding this limit is considered misuse.

• Liability Exclusion: Alien Ramp (Neo-Dyne B.V.) accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from overloading, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or any deviation from safe operating procedures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and technical drawings —is the property of Neo-Dyne B.V.

• Protection: Our products are subject to design protection and are patent pending.

• Prohibition: Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or reverse-engineering of our products or IP is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

4. Shipping and Transfer of Risk (Notice)

• Business Customers (B2B): Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer at the moment the goods are collected by the carrier from our warehouse.

• Consumers (B2C): For private consumers within the EU, risk transfers upon physical delivery of the goods.

• Inspection: In all cases, the Customer is responsible for inspecting the goods immediately upon arrival and noting any visible damage on the carrier's Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.

5. International Orders (Non-EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., UK, US, UAE) are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Alien Ramp covers the freight, but the Customer is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch Law. The competent court in the Company’s place of business (The Netherlands) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
